ETAM, Erik Thamm

Erik Thamm 'Etam' worked as a cartoonist for the Afrikaans language newspaper Die Transvaler from 1946-1973. Thamm was born in Estonia and was interned in a POW camp during the Second World War. His political cartooning was mainly aligned with the ideologies of the apartheid state.
