Hogg, Gordon Adam 'Gog' (1912 - 1971)

Hogg's first cartoon was published in the Daily Sketch in 1938. After the war he became  chief editorial artist on the Daily Sketch and took over the 'Pop' cartoon strip for ten years when John Millar Watt retired in 1949. Very few of the original POP strips have survived.
